Many patients are referred to Greentree Manor prior to undergoing elective surgery. Greentree Manor maintains close working relationships with many orthopedic, cardiac and neurosurgery practices. Prior to their surgery, patients are welcome to visit Greentree Manor to meet with an admissions representative for a tour and to reserve a room.

Other patients are referred to Greentree Manor from the hospital when it becomes apparent that they are not yet well enough to successfully return home.
